Furqan Icon requires a contemporary brand design which showcases professional character together with personalized customer experience. Furqan Icon should use marketing tools to present its real estate properties while building up its trusted reputation in the market.

The Challenge

A brand identity system needed creation at Furqan Icon to create a professional yet accessible front that would differentiate their real estate firm from traditional competitors. A company identity needed formation to establish expertise alongside a welcoming atmosphere targeted at clients.

The Solution

My first step to develop Furqan Icon’s unique brand identity involved defining brand values while targeting specific audiences and specifying exclusive selling features through strategy sessions. The logo presents a clean wordmark containing ‘FI’ initials while using upscale color choices and typography which raises trust in the company.

A professional trifold brochure from my design displays off-market properties and highlights the personalized approach of Furqan Icon. The harmonious brand identity enhances both Furqan Icon’s market share and its professional reputation.

Process

The first step involved performing discussions with clients along with questionnaires to recognize Furqan Icon’s essential values, target customers and market placement. The information collected allowed me to create multiple mood boards which the client helped me refine. The completed brand elements supported Furqan Icon’s strategic path as they maintained both robustness between audience and accessibility in their corporate branding. I designed both stationery materials and trifold brochures to represent Furqan Icon’s services when delivering a polished brand experience to clients.
